Experienced teachers and recently-qualified education graduates from Central Queensland University will be offered the opportunity to live and work in the United Kingdom when TimePlan Education Group visits CQU Mackay.
TimePlan Education Group, the UK’s leading educational recruitment specialist, provides high-quality teachers, teaching assistants and school support staff for schools and nurseries throughout the UK. Representatives are currently touring Queensland as part of their annual recruitment drive.
Thousands of overseas qualified teachers have enjoyed a successful teaching experience in the UK with TimePlan's help, so on October 11–12, two TimePlan head teacher consultants will visit CQU Mackay to talk about the opportunities available to teachers and interview prospective candidates.
Sarah Harris, a TimePlan recruitment and retention officer based in London said that, although the new school year commenced in September, there are year-round opportunities for teachers interested in working in the UK.
“Many work options exist to fit in with travel and lifestyle choices and include day-to-day supply (relief/substitute) work, short-term assignments (e.g. maternity leave cover) and permanent positions,” she said.
If you are an experienced or recently-qualified teacher and interested in working in the UK, please contact Cecily Knight, Sub-dean of Education and Creative Arts at CQU Mackay on 4940 7401 to book an appointment for interview.
