Staff from CQUniversity's Computing Sciences School from throughout Central Queensland converged on Bundaberg last week for their planning retreat.
For the past 2 years, CQUniversity staff from each school have come together to meet and discuss the year that was and plan for the future of their school.
CQUniversity staff travelled to Bundaberg for a planning retreat. The 3-day event brought together 24 staff from Rockhampton, Mackay and Bundaberg, allowing the locals to showcase their beautiful city with its fabulous hotels, restaurants and tourist spots.
The staff visited the Botanical Gardens and the Hinkler Hall of Aviation and there were good photo opportunities at the Hummock and Bargara.
The retreat enabled staff to discuss student enrolments, program restructures, teaching topics, community engagement and marketing, and various research topics.
