Nominees sought for Dean's Award

Applications are being called for the Dean's Award for Quality Teaching.

Nominations for the Faculty/Division Award are now called from interested staff who can demonstrate excellence in their teaching over the last 12 months.

The winners of the respective Faculty/Division award are nominated for the Vice Chancellors Award and experience has shown that to be successful at the AUTC Awards nominees must have at least received a Faculty/Division award for teaching.

To bring CQU in line with other universities this year there is a change in policy as the CQU Awards have been opened to all full-time academic staff irrespective of level of appointment including the level of Associate Professor and Professor.

Details of the nomination and selection procedure and copies of the nomination forms for a Faculty/Division award can be found on the CQU Policy and Procedure site http://www.cqu.edu.au/ppmanual/index.htm Nominations must be made to the Office of the Faculty Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) by 19 March 2003.
