Students witnessed the quarter of a million dollars worth of equipment in the health and human performance lab and fed the hundreds of silver perch and barramundi at the aquaculture centre.

The year 7 to 10 students were amazed at the size of the campus and varied areas of study offered.

Community Relations Officer Priscilla Crighton said before beginning the tour barely a hand was raised when the question was asked who was considering University after completing school. By the end of the tour many were convinced that they would enjoy studying at university.
