Campus staff and 4 Student Mentors welcomed the incoming students and pledged to provide a support network to reduce stress.

Campus Coordinator, Gai Sypher, said that numbers were impressive this year with a substantial increase in enrolments in both Business and Bachelor of Learning Management courses.

"Although numbers in the bridging program, STEPS, were slightly down, they are still maintaining a steady intake as well," Ms Sypher said.

Just before noon, the sun came out and staff and students enjoyed a barbecue lunch before returning to the classrooms to finalise their program inductions.

As the day ended, exhausted and excited students departed realising they were about to embark on a journey that could take them to new heights.
