The first workshop for the Certificate 4 in Business (Frontline Management) was held this week, Wednesday February 15, at Central Queensland Institute of TAFE in Rockhampton, with 32 CQU staff members participating.

PhotoID:2683 The workshop was a huge success, with all students participating in activities throughout the day. The course is very practical and can be applied directly to their work area.

The qualification is made up of 8 units in total and students will attend 8 workshops throughout the year.

Upon completion of the 8 modules students obtain a qualification that is recognised nationally, and will be equipped with up-to-date skills to assist in their day to day duties as frontline managers.

The course is also being run at the Mackay and Bundaberg campuses, with workshops also being held at those sites throughout the year.
