PhotoID:1975 Postgraduate Peter Kopiciar has been awarded for high achievements in his Master of Accounting program. His outstanding results were achieved through preparation.

“I was prepared at the start of each semester and remained focused throughout. I read weekly texts before going into lectures to understand what was being taught," he said.

Peter will be employed as a contract accountant for two months and then looks forward to searching for full-time employment. His goal is to gain residency and work in Australia.

Undergraduate Zhong Du has been recognised for high achievements in his BIT program.

Determination was the key to his success.

“At first I found studying BIT in Australia difficult, but the more effort I put in, the easier it became," he said.

PhotoID:1976 Zhong also sacrificed his leisure time, to concentrate on his studies and part-time job.

Currently enjoying a deserved break, Zhong will start studying his Honours at CQU Rockhampton next semester. His goal is to eventually complete a PhD.
