There will be an impromptu exhibition/performance after the workshop and an exhibition 2 weeks later for those who wish to develop their works or offer them for sale.

To start the creative ball rolling, images from Al Gore's Australian presentation of An Inconvenient Truth will be presented by Alison Rickert (one of the Australians trained to raise awareness about climate change), accompanied by improvised music from Peter Rickert (botanist, music teacher and sound artist with a special interest in improvisation).

This project forges a unique partnership between arts and the environment.

It is funded by the Regional Arts Development Fund, a Queensland Government and Bundaberg Regional Council partnership to support local arts and culture. It is supported by the Australian Conservation Foundation, CQUniversity Bundaberg and Creative Regions.

Please contact Alison Rickert at rickbund@tpg.com.au or phone 4159 4630 if you are interested in participating or for further information.
