Alumni network in Singapore

CQUniversity graduates recently gathered in Singapore to meet the Vice-Chancellor, during his stop-over en route from the Middle East to Australia.

Singapore's event was held on Tuesday (Feb 9) at the Intercontinental Hotel. It provided an opportunity for alumni in Singapore to meet the Vice-Chancellor and to discuss the strategic priorities of the University.

Professor Scott Bowman said those present came up with plenty of ideas.

Attendees at the coffee meeting were: Chris Pan (Principal Consultant from FM Dynamics Financial Management); Valerie Wee (Marketing Executive); Tina Sum (Training Consultant from Hecks Realty) and Dr Vincent Wee (Academic Director from ST Electronics).

Dr Wee is one of the University's most prominent advocates and assists the Office of Development and Graduate Relations with connections to graduates in Singapore.  With the assistance from Dr Wee, the University has now over 130 contactable graduates in Singapore.
