CQU Mackay a healthy bunch!

CQU Mackay Health and Well Being program is in full swing, making us all at the campus get off our chairs and move.

As well as the regular exercise classes held in the Conservatorium foyer on Thursday at lunch time, next Tuesday CQU staff and students will have a chance to sit in on an informative session presented by Lyn Dupuy, a Naturopath from Dupuy's Pharmacy in Mackay.

Lyn will speak on 'How Many Cylinders are you operating on', addressing issues such as stress, memory, performance and the role of minerals and vitamins.

The initiative is sponsored by CQU Mackay and Student Services and is organised by Julie Godden, Elizabeth Underwood and Annie Webster.

This is the second talk of this nature, following a presentation from a representative from the Heart Foundation in earlier months at CQU Mackay.

CQU Mackay staff interested in coming along, please ensure you contact admin for catering numbers for lunch.
