New book on Enterprise Education by Clive Graham

Congratulations to Dr Clive Graham, on the publication of his new book 'Enterprise Education'.

Dr Graham is Academic Director of the Professional Doctorate and Master of Arts Administration and is based at CQU Sydney International.

PhotoID:2552 'Enterprise Education' has already become an assigned text for many education programs.

This seminal publication is already hard at work preparing the next generation of teachers to help their students deal with the knowledge economy.

As Western Society moves increasingly to contracted labour, Australia, the USA and the UK are initiating enterprise education in schools.

Having been contracted by the Australian Government to advise on this transition, Dr Graham realised the need to analyse the components of enterprise education and present case studies from around the world to assist educators.

The inspiration for this book was the need to have a clear and detailed analysis of what enterprise education is with the aim to enable school-leavers to be proactive rather than react to, working in the knowledge economy.

The work is premised on research by Dr Clive Graham on Mode-2 Society and is trans-disciplinary.

'Enterprise Education: Connecting Schools with' (Pearson Education Australia, 2005) will make great inroads into preparing future generations to become relevant to working in the knowledge economy.
