The other Customer Service and Excel awards will be presented at the staff Christmas party on December 13.

After a great response was received for general staff nominations for the Excel Awards, it was decided to introduce a second category specifically recognising excellence in customer service.

Judy Jensen, known for many years as ‘the voice' of the Facilities Assistance Centre, and more recently as fleet administrator, received the first 2007 Vice-Chancellor's Customer Service Award from Ken Window, Executive Director (Corporate Services) at a ceremony complete with glowing citation, flowers and hearty congratulations from colleagues in the Division.

The presentation recognised Judy's 13-year service to the University in consistently delivering an outstanding performance in customer relationship development and service.
