Professor's puppets have a healthy outing

CQUniversity's Professor Kerry Reid-Searl recently visited Rockhampton Base Hospital to help paediatric nurses explore how puppets can be used to relate to young children, helping them feel at ease.

ABC Radio sent along Jacquie Mackay to report on proceedings... LINK HERE to hear her audio package.

Professor Reid-Searl has gained widespread recognition for the MASK-EDTM and Pup-EdTM simulation packages. Rockhampton Base Hospital has been helping CQUniversity research the potential of puppets in paediatric nursing.
