Door always open at Facilities Management

Facilities Management is now handling most of its Rockhampton Campus maintenance requests via a new online system.

However, the division still welcomes phone calls to clarify web requests and for urgent matters.

PhotoID:2220 Around 30 maintenance requests are being logged each day, as well as queries about security, cleaning and car bookings.

Facilities Assistance Coordinator Judy Jensen said the division was experiencing its busiest time of the year, in the lead-up to the CQ Multicultural Fair and CQU Rockhampton Open Day.

Routine maintenance requests can be lodged online via the Web link accessed by managers at each Faculty and Division.

Urgent enquires or notifications can be phoned through to the Facilities Assistance Centre (FAC) ext. 9241.

PhotoID:2221 Security should be contacted on ext. 1331 (0418 792 982) for after hours emergency assistance.
