Melbourne students a hit in the cricket

Throughout September, the CQU Long Hoppers and CQU Master Blasters have been battling it out in the inaugural Melbourne International Student Indoor Cricket League.
There have been fast bowlers steaming in like ‘The Rawalpindi Express', Tendulkar-esque cover drives, classic catches, many a big hit, and even more laughs and good times.
The Recruitment Department at CQU Melbourne put the call out for those students who enjoy a game of cricket and were overwhelmed by the interest and enthusiasm shown which was nothing short of tremendous.
Every student who played has been rewarded with a free ticket to see the Victorian Bushrangers take on India at the Junction Oval in December.
