About $100,000 worth of costumes have arrived for the Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music’s first week of Chicago rehearsals. Brisbane choreographer Trevor Green has been putting the 31 Bachelor of Music students through their paces from Monday. Musical director Judith Brown was thrilled with the variety of glamorous costumes to be worn for the August 21-23 performance. “Seeing the costumes adds an element of excitement to what is shaping up to be a fantastic and lively performance,” she said.
Tickets for the show are selling quickly as the season is strictly limited. For bookings please call Kim MacKenzie on 4940 7801.
