CQU Rockhampton Language Centre has been hosting 21 Thai high school students for English language classes.
The Thais aged 11-16 arrived in Rockhampton on October 11 as part of the Universal Cultural Exchange program.
They will farewell their homestay families during a Thai picnic and dance display near the playground at Rockhampton Botanic Gardens, from Noon on Saturday (October 29). Interested members of the public are welcome.
During their visit to Rockhampton, the Thais visited Heights College, where they were assigned buddies to experience 2 full days of school life.
They also performed for students of St Peter's Primary School and visited venues such as the Heritage Village, Cooberrie Park and Yeppoon.
