CQU goes online with employee data

The Division of Human Resources have proudly launched the first stage of the Employee Self Service Online (ESSO) system designed to provide staff with better access to information through more efficient use of University resources.

The new system allows staff to login to a secure web application to access their personal, employment, pay and leave details online and is the first step in improved use of the Human Resources Information System. PhotoID:4447

It is planned that the system will be extended to allow staff to perform online updates of some of their personal details. Planning is also commencing for HR related processes, such as applications for leave, to become online functions.

The system can be accessed by CQU staff from: http://www.esso.cqu.edu.au/ and can also be found via the CQU Staff webpage.

Assistance with technical issues should be reported to the ITD Help Desk on extension #9233 and any queries about the information in the system should be directed to the HR Services Help Line on #2424.
