Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic Services) Professor Alex Radloff said the list of citation recipients demonstrated that valued contributions come from both the academic and administrative areas.

"Our Management Plan for Learning and Teaching notes that the priorities of CQUniversity staff include the student experience and support for learning and teaching, and this is evidenced by our continued success in the ALTC citations each year," she said.

"Helping students be what they want to be requires input from all staff - academic and administrative - with a focus on the whole student learning experience.

I am very pleased that the ALTC has recognised the long-standing contributions to student learning by Kerry, Antony and Steve."

Professor Richard Johnstone, ALTC Executive Director, said the Citations reveal the commitment to improving the student experience, with the 2008 recipients sharing new and innovative activities.

"Recipients are drawn from a broad range of disciplines and can be found working throughout the organisation as Citations recognise the work of everyone with a role in enhancing student learning", he noted.
