People invited to 'collide' with dance/music fusion event

On Friday evening, June 4, members of the public are invited to a fusion of dance and music event called ‘Collisions’.

PhotoID:1495 This event includes items choreographed by CQU Bachelor of Performing Arts students. It starts at 7.30pm.

The live performances will feature up to 65 performers from the BPA program. Entry is $5 and tickets can be purchased at the door at the Walter Reid Cultural Centre on the night.

BPA coordinator Dr Emma Killion said the exciting production was based on the theme of passion.

“This is the first event of its type from BPA with six courses, three years and two artforms represented,” Dr Killion said.

‘Collisions’ is part of the Con Carnavale series of events.
