Foundation Dean of InfoCom farewelled

Foundation Dean of Informatics and Communication Professor Stewart Marshall was farewelled during a function in the Chancellery gardens recently.
Professor Marshall was integral to the success of the diverse Faculty grouping and presided over rapid growth in international student enrolments.
Closer to home, he worked alongside Rockhampton City Council and community leaders to establish Community Informatics via the COIN centre in the former Commonwealth Building.
Professor Marshall also worked hard to establish CQU as a conference host in the area of informatics.
