CQU a supporter of Regional Contact Centre Management event

CQU is helping to stage an Australian Institute of Management monthly event about the management of a Regional Contact Centre, in its role as a regional partner of AIM and host of the AIM secretariat (via the Faculty of Business and Informatics).
Local managers will have the opportunity to visit one of Rockhampton’s leading local businesses -Ergon Energy on Thursday, August 31(5:30pm to 7pm).
This site visit will give delegates the opportunity to view the business, ask questions and hear from the company's senior managers and owners.
