Ensuring graduates have skills valued by employers

Graduate attributes are workplace-ready skills and attitudes and include the ability to effectively work in a team, to solve problems, to think critically and to behave ethically.

Currently, academic staff are mapping their courses to establish the current status of graduate attribute development. The mapping process as at October 1 is 52% completed.

Once the mapping of courses is complete, Heads of Program will utilise the data to inform the program review and renewal process. This will ensure CQUniversity's graduates have the skills that employers value.
