As part of CQUniversity's sponsorship of the event, Peter has produced a 10-minute, looped package of digital photographs and video for an ‘Off the Wall' presentation which will be projected on the eight-storey high Travelodge building in Rockhampton.

This will be the first time one of Rockhampton's buildings has been used as a multimedia canvas.

The presentation, which features members of our community with disabilities and highlights the work being done by the region's disability sector, will be visible from the highway and city bridge from 6pm to 8pm nightly from Sunday September 5 to 11.

"I hope this production will put disability on the wall and onto the community agenda," Peter said.

"I've enjoyed being a part of this worthwhile cause and my job has been made easier by the submission of some fantastic photos from the various organizations involved."

Event coordinator Julie Tanner said the Off The Wall project hopes to bring the message that everyone forms an important and interconnected ‘brick in the wall' in our community and deserves to be acknowledged and included.

"The visual presentation should place disability and the capabilities of this sector very publicly ‘on the wall' in the heart of our city," Ms Tanner said.
