Taleah proof that travel broadens the mind

CQUniversity graduate Taleah Woolley caught the travel bug during an overseas holiday early last year and grabbed the chance to attend an International Winter University study program in Germany at the start of 2010.

Now she's already planning another exchange to Paris in October to help complete her Masters in Human Resources Management, once again drawing on assistance from CQUni's International Office.

"I commenced my Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and had my graduation ceremony in March 2008," Taleah said.

"In my last term of uni I was offered a full-time admin job at the City Council which was a stepping stone to transferring into the HR Department. Somehow I managed to do full-time uni and work in my last term!

"After a bit of experience in the HR Department at the Council, I moved to Hastings Deering as a HR Administrator and after 1.5 years I'm now the HR/Branch Training Coordinator."

"My Masters in HRM should be completed by early 2011."
