- Melbourne Campus hosts CMS Excellence Awards

Staff from CQUniversity Melbourne and C_Management Services Corporate Office gathered recently (Nov 28) to celebrate the CMS Excellence Awards and to congratulate the winners and nominees.
CMS is the University's wholly-owned subsidiary (a commercial entity) which operates the Australian International Campuses (AICs).

Maruta Rodan, BArts Adelaide, MEd Monash, was born of immigrant and completed her primary and secondary schooling in Adelaide, before attending Adelaide University.
She began teaching as a career in South Australia, before moving to Melbourne where she took up a role as Administration Manager at Chisholm Institute (since amalgamated with Monash University) and later became National Education Officer with the Securities Institute of Australia.

Schools have been recognised for excellence in multimedia projects through a competition run by the Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Education at CQUniversity.
A total of $12,000 worth of cash and multimedia-related prizes is being presented to the winning schools.
- Nursing students get 'hands on' in Thailand

A contingent of CQUniversity nursing staff and students is already getting 'hands on', only a short while into month-long work and cultural visit to Thailand's Surin province, north-east of Bangkok.
Lecturers Teresa Sander and Dr Kerry Reid-Searl have reported that the students have 'done their University proud'.
