- CQU a 'BIGmate' with local industry

Mackay-based Automated Condition Monitoring Company BIGmate and Central Queensland University have entered into a joint development project, which provides mutually beneficial outcomes.
The joint project will ensure BIGmate remains at the head of the pack in providing unique, cutting-edge monitoring solutions for mobile equipment and fixed plant applications.

Federal Member for Dawson De-Anne Kelly has announced a $167,520 funding allocation for a tennis court project at CQU Mackay.
"Head of Campus Trevor Davison should be congratulated for his efforts in securing this funding, which will make a valuable contribution to the campus sporting facilities," Ms Kelly said.
