A total of 185 graduates from around 30 different nations are celebrating at CQUniversity's Sydney Town Hall graduation this afternoon (May 13). One of them will be PhD graduate Peter Mitchell, whose research reflected on the process of preparing a book about his career as an immigration officer and detention centre manager.

Audience feedback has been positive for the initial performances of Mighty Foods: The Musical, at CQUniversity's Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music in Mackay this week.
In addition, media organisations have been enthusiastic about covering the new project, especially since author Karen Fischer was present to see the first performances based on her book Don't Tell Them It's Healthy.
