Research higher degree graduates were recognised during the Rockhampton Graduation ceremony on Tuesday evening (Feb 16) and at a luncheon earlier in the day...
Those recognised at the luncheon included Peter Mitchell, who gained his PhD for a thesis entitled - The Compassionate Bastard - Memoir of an Immigration Officer.
