Many of the 25 learning management students involved in this year's Holden Maryborough Technology Challenge are so keen they will camp out with competitors during the weekend event (September 13-14).
Lecturer Rose-Marie Thrupp said the Bundaberg-based Technology Curriculum and Pedagogy students will attend the Challenge to see how primary and secondary school students can learn in an exciting environment.

Nineteen students in the recent field biology residential school held at Rockhampton Campus got plenty of time in the open air as they sampled a range of activities.
Some of the projects included vegetation surveys, soil collection and analysis, mammal trapping, fish netting and report writing.
