Noosa campus's recent Open Day attracted in excess of 100 prospective Education, Social Work and Nursing students.
The fact that attendance might also have won one of 5 iPods was incidental as the event offered a convivial atmosphere, with Noosa Lions Club providing sustenance by way of a sausage sizzle.

CQUniversity researchers are taking another look at ‘who wears the pants', almost 40 years after gender role stereotypes were established to aid academic analysis.
Dr Joella Storey says it's important to reassess the Australian Sex-Role Scale which is based on perceptions of various ‘masculine' and ‘feminine' behaviours.

A CQUniversity research body has announced an MOU with African based consultant and psychologist Gideon Odhiambo.
He joins the International Program of Psycho-Social Health Research (IPP-SHR) under the practioner research scheme to conduct collaborative research exploring refugees' perceptions of humanitarian aid with the Malpunda Refugee Camp in Southern Sudan.
